Since 2012, CACI has valued interventions in addressing the plight of the OVCs and youth including refugees in Wakiso District and part of Kampala who dropped out of school due to early child labour/ house girls, scrap collection, child headed- children, children staying with vulnerable elderly, Infected children with HIV, Academic challenges while in formal education all these make children very vulnerable to lead a supportive future a gap that needed to handle by CACI in the below mentioned courses of Computer training, Tailoring, Cosmetology, cobbling/shoes making and Knitting.



Home visits to  Orphans and Vulnerable Children [OVCs] families in order to bridge the gap between the guardians and the children at school by making them value the need of these children attending and completing their courses.

  1. Community Volunteers
  2. Counselors
  3. Religious Leaders & Political Leaders
  4. Behavioral change trainings to the youth
  5. Capacity building
  6. Formation of positive living clubs

Voluntary Counseling and Testing through Net-working with partner organization and medical personnel affairs.


Community sensitization on different aspects such as :

  1. Malaria prevention.
  2. HIV Prevention.
  3. Hygiene and sanitation.
  4. Condom Guides to support Family planning methods and Prevention of HIV/AIDS .
