Mission Statement
CACI exists to economically and socially empower families and communities to holistically address child rights.

CACI has “A Vision of a Society where Child Rights are respected and all Children Live Dignified Lives.”

CACI's goal shall be "To identify, plan and manage community based development projects aimed at promoting the quality of life and socio economic welfare of the community”.

Respect of Child Rights:

Children have got several rights that CACI stand to defend, protect and giving equal opportunity for all children regardless of gender, tribe, age including refugee children.

All clients’ information, it is our obligation to keep their counselling information confidential unless otherwise consent of sharing it is granted by the clients.

CACI as an organization shall be accountable for its work, finance that is linked to all partners in collaboration and stakeholders.

Organizational Objectives

  • To formulate, uphold and implement code of literacy ethics by promoting the culture of reading, writing and teamwork to expand private enterprises.
  • Identify, plan and manage community based development projects aimed at promoting the quality of life and the socio economic welfare of the community in a lawful manner.
  • To collect and disseminate statistics and other information relating to commerce, guidance and consoling and professional services.
  • To optimize the utilization of economic complementary potentials between members.
  • To create jobs for the under privileged people of Uganda by giving them life skills


Organizational Activities
Currently, CACI is directly involved in the implementation of the following activities:

  • Information Technology with Communication e.g. Internet, Developing Computer skills in the community, Computer literacy
  • Community HIV/AIDS prevention, support and referral services;
  • Community mobilization towards HIV / AIDS initiatives;
  • Vocational training to OVC’s in tailoring, Hair dressing
  • Empowering women with skills training in Knitting and crafts making.
  • Adult Literacy Classes, urban and rural farming.
  • Youth Internet café services
  • Counseling to HIV / AIDS infected and affected.
  • Home visits to HIV / AIDS infected and affected.
  • Support to OVC quality education;
  • In partnership with specialized and credited organizations, we conduct HCT& CHCT.
